Description
Medical providers who respond to cardiovascular emergencies in and out of the hospital enhance their treatment abilities through the American Heart Association’s Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) training. From basic life support to advanced interventions and from airway management to pharmacology and more, professionals hone their skills to save lives. In this classroom-based course, providers enhance their skills in treating adult victims of cardiac arrest or other cardiopulmonary emergencies, while earning their American Heart Association ACLS for Healthcare Providers Course Completion Card.
Audience
For emergency, intensive care, or critical care healthcare providers such as physicians, nurses, paramedics, respiratory therapists, and other professionals who may need to respond to a cardiovascular emergency.
